I.

Warranty

The credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation.

The establishment reserves the right to temporarily block a certain amount on your credit card before your arrival. This amount corresponds to the first night's stay.

A credit card or a prepayment of €200 will be requested upon check-in to guarantee your stay. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

The credit card used to make the reservation will be requested at check-in.

If you are unable to present this card, please contact the hotel directly prior to arrival. You will need to present photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
II.

Booking conditions

In order to guarantee your reservation, a bank pre-authorization can be made from the date of booking to the date of check-in. This will correspond to the amount of your first night's stay at the establishment.

The security deposit will be returned in full if no damage has been noted by the establishment at the time of departure.

Reservations for 4 rooms or more may entail special conditions and additional charges.

Secure transaction

Our site uses some of today's most advanced Internet security technologies. All booking steps are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard. Your information is encrypted and protected by server authentication and data stream encryption.

The security certificate used is issued by the accredited third-party company USERTrust RSA Certification Authority and used by the D-EDGE reservation system. You can check the validity of the certificate.

In addition, the booking system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls and other advanced technologies to prevent interference and intrusion.
IV.

Cancellation or modification of a service reservation

For Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms in an establishment or other types of accommodation), the Customer is reminded that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the French Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or within a specific period.

For each Service reservation, the Special Conditions specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

Reservations with prepayment cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Deposits (sums paid in advance) will not be reimbursed. In this case, this is mentioned in the Special Conditions.

Where permitted by the Special Conditions:
- Modification or cancellation of a reservation for a Service by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation e-mail and following the instructions displayed on your screen;modification or cancellation of a reservation for a Service can be made directly on the Site via the "Modify or cancel a reservation" section;

- Modification or cancellation of a reservation for a Service can be made directly with the establishment, whose telephone and other contact details are specified on the confirmation of the reservation sent by e-mail.

In the event of interruption of a Service due to the Customer's fault, the full agreed price will be collected. In the case of reservations with prepayment before the stay, no refund will be granted. It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occurred.
V.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation fees are non-refundable if a non-cancellable, non-refundable fare is selected. For all other offers, please refer to the conditions presented in the booking engine. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the booking online, this amount will be refunded after deduction of cancellation fees (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).
VI.

Tax

Prices include VAT. Visitor's tax, government or local taxes may be charged in addition.
VII.

Arrival time / departure time

Your room or apartment will be available at reception from the time indicated below. On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment by the time indicated below. Failure to do so may result in an additional night's charge.
We recommend that you use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to let us know your estimated arrival time, especially if it's late.

IX.

Relocation

In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to arrange for participants to be accommodated in another hotel in the group, or in a nearby hotel of an equivalent category for services of the same nature, with the cost of the transfer borne by the establishment.

Consumer ombudsman  

The customer is informed by Esteem Tour Eiffel of the possibility of resorting, in the event of a dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions set out in Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code.
Once you have contacted the Esteem Tour Eiffel management and if you have not received a conclusive reply within 60 days, you may contact the mediator using the contact details below.

XI.

Law applicable to the settlement of disputes 

The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.

In accordance with article L.223-2 of the French Consumer Code, consumers who do not wish to be subject to commercial canvassing by telephone can register free of charge on a telephone canvassing opposition list. This list can be accessed via the following website Bloctel (www.bloctel.gouv.fr).
